This privacy policy applies to the logSelf app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by SelaLink (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
100% On-Device Local Storage & Privacy
The Application does not require account registration or collect personal profiles. Every log, photo, and tag you write is never sent to or collected by any external server, and is securely stored only on your local device with SQLCipher encryption.
Device Permissions and Usage
To provide its core features, the Application may request the following permissions on your mobile device. Any information accessed via these permissions remains strictly local to your device:
- Camera & Photo Library Access: Used solely to allow you to attach and display your chosen photos in your journal logs.
- Internet & Network State: Used to fetch metadata of web links you input locally on your device.
- Biometric Authentication (FaceID / TouchID): Used for the optional app lock feature.
- File System & Document Picker: Used for exporting and importing your journal database.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information?
The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or transfer your core journal data to outside parties. However, to improve service stability and analyze app usage, we use Sentry and Google Analytics for diagnostics.
Data Retention and Deletion

Children's Privacy
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
Security
We care about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The local database stored on your device is protected using military-grade SQLCipher encryption.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
